We ship from Hong Kong.

To unsure fats processing, all order changes or cancellations must be made within 12 Hours of the purchase.
After 12 hours, changes can’t be guaranteed. However, once your order arrives, you’re welcome to return it for a full refund.

All orders are packed and shipped from our warehouse. 

Please allow additional time during holidays or sales periods. We process orders Monday through Friday, within 1–3 business days of your purchase. Orders are shipped the day after processing.

Note: We do not ship on weekends.

If you receive an item that is incorrect, missing, or defective, please contact us right away. 

Include your order number, clear photo of the item(s) and any relevant details when reaching out. We'll work to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.

Refunds will be issued to your original form of payment.                                                        

If you paid by credit or debit card, the refund will be processed to your bank within 7–10 business days after we receive your return or cancellation request.
Please contact your card issuer if you don't see the credit—posting times may vary by bank.
